The figures for the shop are on the
increase, this is
great news for BARRK as the shop is the main source
of income.
The ladies who volunteer to run the shop
are such a wonderful asset to the charity and we would
like to thank them for all their hard work over the years.
A special mention must go to Isabel Ritchie for all her
hard work over the years, helping to make the shop the
success that it is.
Although other charity
shops have come and gone in Banff the BARRK shop continues to be
a success due to the dedication and hard work from the shop
volunteers.
The ladies at the BARRK shop have been kept busy
with new stock coming in regularly.
We have the BARRK recipe
book and the Barrk raffle tickets on sale in the shop ready for
Christmas.
As there has been a steady increase in the number of
Polish customers to our shop, a member of the committee is still
looking into getting signs produced in Polish to assist both
staff and shoppers.
